Healing Yoga & Feeding Your Demons

In this workshop, we will use various ways to connect to the different layers of our physical and energetical body and to allow space to be in the mind. We start with some physical movement, slowly moving into a more meditative state. By learning to work with blocked energy and how to free it up, the body will remember and recognize again how to be open.
