Introducing Connection Circles

Conscious Relating is about being fully present, aware, and authentic in our (love) relationships. We meet each other as we are, letting go of beliefs and preconceived notions about ourselves and others. This is a space where everyone can come together, whether with their partner or individually, to share and connect from an authentic space about topics like intimacy, relationships, and sexuality as a spiritual path. Open to all gender identities. Invite your partner and/or friend!

Over the past few decades, many women have lost the tradition of coming together in true sisterhood. Women have the ability to create, to give birth to life. Through our pure thoughts, intentions, and actions we have the ability to weave a new reality together. And this is more needed than ever.

To heal and reconnect with our true wisdom, we need to become aware and take responsibility for our deep disappointments, hurts, pains, and denials, and allow healing to take place. This inner healing is the healing of all humanity, which benefits ourselves, our loved ones, our children, and grandchildren.

Our intention with these circles is to create real sisterhood. In each season, we will be holding circles with a community of women that are ready to hold space for sharing, healing, liberating pain, and awakening the True woman that we all are. There will be ancient as well as new practices, there will be time for sharing and connecting with other sisters, there will be space for tears, for laughter, and for joy - there will be space for the true you.

It's time to rise - TOGETHER - and step into our feminine power.

Every woman goes through a number of transitions in her life: maidenhood, menarche (first menstruation), sometimes pregnancy, and menopause.

These are sacred initiations in which women are invited to take new steps in their personal and spiritual growth. While some of these transitions know their own rituals and celebrations, others are not honored in the same way.

In our society, there is particular taboo surrounding menopause, as it is associated with physical changes and the end of childbearing years. But this period of transition actually signifies a great beginning: the age of the Queen, the Crown, the Wise Woman. The age where an experienced woman can finally step into her full power. Let's celebrate this sacred transition together, sharing experiences and practices to connect to the spiritual potential of menopause.
