Delight Yoga will take the following measures in accordance with the RIVM to ensure our members feel safe, healthy, and at peace in our studios:
Cold symptoms, coughing, shortness of breath, elevated temperature or fever, or the sudden loss of taste and smell. If you live with someone who shows these symptoms, or who have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid19 within the past 21 days, please stay home as well.
You will be able to use our mats, bolsters, meditation pillows, blocks, belts, eye pillows, and one blanket per person without the use of covers. Of course, you are welcome to bring your own props if that is more comfortable for you.
Arrive 10 minutes before the class starts at the earliest, and please leave right after your class ends so we can avoid having too many people in the studio (you can take tea to go).
As of Friday, February 25th, scanning QR codes in our studios will no longer be necessary. Until then, we will need to check Corona passes (CTB) as you check in at our front desk, so please have your app ready when you come in so we can make this process flow smoothly.
As of Friday, February 18th, wearing a face mask is no longer required in our studios.
Make sure to use the hand sanitiser when you walk in and please wash your hands with soap for at least 20 seconds after you’ve used the bathroom.
As of Friday, February 18th, keeping a 1,5 meter distance is no longer required in our studios. However, because we realise that we all have to get used to the ‘old normal’ again, we will keep working with designated mat placements in our shalas.
Can’t make it to the studio? It is very important to us and our teachers that you always cancel your booking, and please try to do so at least 2 hours before the class starts. Just log in to My Delight and click cancel in your ‘booked classes’. We have noticed an increase in late cancellations and no-shows lately, so we want to explicitly ask you to keep this in mind out of respect for our teachers who lovingly prepare your classes and the fellow students who would love to take your spot.
Walk-in spots are only available when a class is not fully booked. So if you want to be sure of a spot in your favourite class, please book ahead online!
If you feel like taking a spontaneous class, please arrive at our studios 15 minutes before the start of the class so that our host can book your spot.
