Get to know the people of Delight Yoga

Kim van Vliet

Kim van Vliet is 29 years old, born in February which makes her a Aquarius girl. And as a Aquarius she has always been free of heart. Flying in the wind, joyfully playing within all the curvy roads of the world. She was born in Leiden and currently living in Amsterdam. But in between, she has lived everywhere and witnessed such beautiful places and inspiring people.

One of those places was India and there she has done a 10 day meditation retreat at a Tibetan Buddhist centre. Within the stillness and silence she discovered her restless and grasping nature. She began a completely different journey, a journey inwards. A healing process where she would find balance and serenity again. Yoga and meditation is a beautiful way for her to find the peace within.

Therefore she couldn’t be more happy to become a host for Delight yoga. To her Delight feels like a sanctuary within the city with so many kindred souls to share the joy of togetherness.
