Annelied started Vipassana meditation in Thailand many years ago, which answered to a deep desire. Since she has passionately focused on meditation and yoga and the two paths have come together.

Prior to this she studied and worked abroad and in the cultural sector. This was until she realized that we tend to live from one high point to the other, anticipation in between. Yoga and meditation brought her a new deep peaceful reality that she willingly shares with other people.
She completed the Gaiatree International Teacher Training and the Sva Dharma Teacher Training, both under the guidance of Katiza Satya. She teaches since 2009. Her teachings focus on relaxing the body and the mind. For students to open up to enquire within, where lasting peace and joy are to be found. Ramana Maharshi, Advaita Vedanta and Dzogchen teachings inspire her. Nature! In 2013 she completed the 2nd level of the Sva Dharma Teacher Training ’the Mind' in Bali led by Katiza Satya, Sahaj Wood and Govinda Kai, in 2015 the 3rd level, 'The Heart’ (500hr).
