Chantal Soeters is an Anusara-inspired yoga teacher from Amsterdam. Anusara yoga is a vigorous Hatha yoga system developed by John Friend, combining a positive life approach, biomechanical principles and a close community. 

Chantal sees yoga as a way to experience freedom in body, mind and spirit. When nothing seemed to be working, yoga helped Chantal overcome the effects of a serious neck injury. This inspired her special interest in the therapeutic application of yoga, and the natural, self healing properties of the body. Besides the joy of yoga, safety is the main concern in her classes and she emphasises the importance of proper alignment .

Chantal’s teaching style is positive, precise and accessible, with emphasis on achieving your full potential by getting in touch with your heart and obtaining more insight into the way your body functions.
