Whilst yoga was all around when Chiara was younger, her mum teached and practiced yoga, she wasn’t attracted to it at all. She thought of it like kind of Goofy, while at the same time she loved to turn the pages of her mums’ yoga books and just stare at the exotic postures and people.

However, the seeds where planted then. The moment Chiara became a mum herself, her direct 
go-to was yoga. She started building her own practice using the old books of her mum, mostly to stay in contact to whatever happened in her body at that time.

When Chiara's son was born in 2011 she worked at a office in The Hague, and about one year later she decided to quit her job and to deepen herself in the study of yoga and nutrition. She completed her Hatha Teacher Training and nutritional studies one year later and from then everything just fell into place. She was given the change to start teaching right away and from there it just went on. 

Chiara is inspired by all the students she meets, and by all the teachers with whom she can join classes. Inspiration is quite everywhere, in everyone’s own path and own body. And this is exactly what she loves to spread during classes. Be grateful, inspired, energized, relaxed; all by yourself. Everything is there, and yoga is a (perfect) way to bring it all out.
