Eric Weber

Vinyasa,  Restorative

In 1996 sparked by personal interest and curiosity Eric Weber set off to discover the world of Iyengar yoga. He immersed himself in the yoga philosophy and concentrated specifically on the alignment of asanas. His discovery of yoga started as a passion, to this day it has not let him go and allows him to travel far abroad.

Through his various travels he has acquired knowledge, experience and inspiration. He weaves and integrates this into his lessons, sharing it with his community and students located in The Netherlands and further afield. In 1996 Eric began with Iyengar yoga with Charles Hond and Clé Souren and in 2003 he obtained certification as an Iyengar teacher. In 2013 and 2014, to deepen his knowledge, he traveled to Hawaii and the US to complete a Level I and II yoga teacher training with Baron Baptiste. Eric provides the tools needed to apply the principles of yoga to everyday modern life.
Keywords that define his view are vision, clarity, compassion, contact, health, fun and self -   expression. These ingredients combined with his experience and memories creates a way of yoga that is approachable and applicable for everyone.

Along with teaching, Eric also is a mentor to the new generation of yoga teachers and likes to further the develop and assist in them with their learning process. Yoga is a worldwide tradition and an universe language. “move like water - be light as air”
