Her first yoga class in 2004 was like coming home. Esther sees yoga as a huge gift in her life, a passion that she loves to pass on. Her classes (vinyasa, astanga and prenatal) are about moving with flow on the natural rhythm of the breath, creating space and freedom for body and mind.


In 2005 she followed the Vinyasa Flow Teacher Training with Hilary Brown and Katiza Satya and after certification she gradually started to share her love for yoga by teaching. To deepen her understanding about yoga and life she travelled to many beautiful places, most of the time India and Brazil. She had the opportunity to study with great teachers and completed an Ashtanga Teacher Training in 2008 at Brahmani Yoga (Goa, India). She continued to work and study there for 4 seasons in a row, teaching classes and assisting on the teacher training programs.


Since a few years she is also developing herself as a doula, birth assistant. In 2016 she returned once again to India in 2016 to follow the Prenatal Teacher Training there. She loves to work with pregnant women, and sees yoga is a perfect way to prepare for a beautiful birth.
