Gabriella is orginally from Hong Kong, she relocated to Amsterdam in August 2015.

She has always been a serious sprinter at a competitive level until she was 17. She continued her passion in sports by choosing sports coaching as her Bachelor degree in Australia, she was hoping to become a physical education teacher after her graduation.

Gaby started practising Yoga in August 2012 because she was looking for solutions to relieve her chronic back issue, ankles and knee injuries, and constant muscles tightness that were caused by running. She immediately fell in love with it after her first Yoga session.

In order to deepen her study in Yoga, she completed the 200-hour Hatha Vinyasa Yoga teacher training in January, 2015 with Patrick Creelman, at Pure Yoga, Hong Kong.

Gaby believes the fundamental of good posture has a great relationship with good alignment of the body. That is also the main focus in her teaching style with strong focus in alignments and foundation of postures incorporating with muscle strengthening. She also believes that practicing mindfulness and relaxation are beneficial for people to relieve their anxieties, tension and stress. This inspired  her to complete the 100-hour teacher training in Mindful birth Yoga for pregnancy, birth and baby with Michelle Papa and Dr. Jean Byrne at Pure Yoga in Hong Kong.  With this she could serve expecting mothers to be calm and confident in their journey of pregnacies.
