Hanna started practicing yoga during her professional dance training. She soon discovered the beneficial effects of yoga on the body and mind, and it became part of her. She followed her teacher training with Mercedes Ngoh and has followed several workshops and courses since. Hanna approaches yoga as a moving meditation and in her down to earth classes she intelligently incorporates the knowledge of the body she acquired as a dancer.

She hopes by sharing yoga, people can take something from it for themselves. Whether that is a mind-body connection, becoming more mindful, serenity, inner joy, love, or something else, she hopes to contribute to a positive change and create a small positive chain reaction.
