For Lidewij a life without yoga is unimaginable. At a very early age she was introduced to yoga and after various trips to India, Thailand and Bali she decided to follow her heart and dedicate her full attention to yoga. She completed the Sva Dharma Teacher Training at Delight Yoga and developed a passion for Astanga Yoga. Her daily Astanga practice is a journey to her inner self, that leaves her feeling peaceful and energized at the same time. She sees her yoga mat as her mirror that shows her new sides of herself again and again. In this way yoga never gets boring, you always keep learning and it helps you to see how everything is continuously moving.
With her classes she is hoping to help others to get closer to their true self and to inspire them to live a conscious and loving life. Lidewij is eternally grateful to her teachers Katiza Satya, Kevin Sahaj, Claudia Pradella and Eva Ugolini for their guidance on her yoga path. She is very happy to share her love for yoga with you.
