After years of practicing yoga next to a busy office job, Lonneke's curiosity for yoga had grown. A couple of things came together, which led her to yoga philosophy, mindfulness and Chinese medicine. It was a process of healing in itself. She felt the energy flowing through her body again, health issues disappeared and she felt re-connected to herself. 
She quit her job, went to India and upon return started a Hatha yoga teacher training. During this training she worked as a karma yogi at Stillness in Yoga. During this time her love for Yin and Chinese medicine deepened her knowledge as well as her practice and she also fell in love with mantra singing.

She did different trainings and courses in hatha, yin, mindfulness, meditation, tao yoga, breathing, Chinese medicine and Ayurveda. She is inspired by Sarah Powers, Thich Nhat Hanh, Osho, Mantak Chia and more.

Once she started following her heart her path unfolded naturally. The same week that she completed her teacher training she started teaching classes.
Lonneke is very happy and grateful to share her love for yoga, meditation and mantra’s with you.
Her teachings are characterized by her loving and intuitive approach where the breath is used as an anchor. During her classes, she creates space for connecting to yourself in a gentle and meditative way.
