Miluše started her yoga practice in 2003 and immediately knew that she stepped on a path that would alter her life. Especially when she began to practice astanga yoga it immediately felt like ‘coming home to herself’. Miluše completed several teacher trainings, including children’s yoga, four years of intensive teachings of traditional hatha yoga and astanga vinyasa yoga.
Miluše regularly attends retreats and workshops with different (international) teachers to deepen her self-practice and extend her knowledge. In addition to the physical part of her classes she can also touch upon, in a playful and accessible manner, the Indian health system of ayurveda, (chakra) psychology, breathing exercises and meditation.
Miluše loves to travel abroad for both practice and teaching. Students describe Miluše as a passionate, versatile and skillful yoga teacher who motivates and inspires students with great enthusiasm and dedication.
