Sasha slowly started exploring the path of yoga at a young age, always having been a sensitive dreamer and a seeker of self-knowledge. She trusts the transformative nature of the Ashtanga Yoga tradition which serves as a daily rhythm, a source of nourishment and insight and allows her to connect with the unbounded spark within.

Inspired by the teachings of Pattabhi Jois she travelled to Mysore, India in 2013 to practice with Guruji’s grandson, R. Sharath Jois. She returns annually spending part of each year practicing under his guidance. 

Delight Yoga has been a cradle for her from the beginning and she is grateful to be able to share what she has learned in their serene surroundings. Sasha teaches from her experience and tries to create a steady, clear and gentle space, offering students the same place of transformation she finds in her own daily practice.
