Shari Iskandar

Yin,  Mindfulness

After studying Econometrics and working for several start up companies, Shari became aware that the way she lived was too stressful for her and found herself burned out for about a year. During that period she started doing yoga everyday, mostly Yin yoga, and felt that it was exactly what she needed in her life.

For Shari yoga is the best gift you can give to yourself, so she would like to help others to experience this for themselves. She followed her heart, started a 200 hrs Yin yoga teacher training and after she completed it she went to Bali for a few months. Besides relaxing in the sun and practicing a lot of yoga, she also went to deepen her meditation practice at a silent retreat.

Now that Shari is focusing her life more on yoga and meditation, she cannot imagine a better place to start working than the studio where she fell in love with Yin yoga. As a Studio Host at Delight Yoga she would like to share her love for yoga and give members the best yoga experience they can get.

We believe yoga is for everyone
