Sophie loves being in nature and wants to reduce wasteful consumption that uses up our natural resources. With a Master in Environment & Resource Management she now discovered how Yoga could guide individuals towards a more sustainable lifestyle. Practicing Yoga teaches people to become more mindful. Therefore, they are kinder to themselves, others, and nature.

Sophie was always interested in a healthy diet that nourishes her body optimally and would also have least impact on the environment. At Delight, she enjoys to prepare you a delicious organic breakfast.

Having done a 10-day Vipassana meditation course, she learned more about the Eastern wisdom of Happiness and would love to share her perspectives with you. She also wants to become a Yoga teacher herself and follows the teacher training at Delight.
