A former economist and banker, Adela discovered the power of Yoga in 2006 when she was living in New York City. She obtained the 500 hrs (Registered Yoga Teacher) certification by the Yoga Alliance through the Yoga Works Teacher Training program in New York.

Alison fell in love with Amsterdam when she came to the city in 1995. Having given up her publishing work to raise three children, Alison has been fortunate to have studied yoga for over 25 years and has practised in different traditions from Iyengar and Ashtanga to Yin.
Amanda is from Wales in the UK. She worked for many years in sales, then as a purser for two main airlines, experiencing different cultures. After meeting her Dutch husband she moved to Holland and had three children. Over the last 14 years, she has taken on various studies for health. From 2010-2015 she studied at the Academy of Ayurvedic Studies to become an Ayurvedic practitioner.
Anne initially began practicing yoga to relieve stress and balance her hectic professional life back home in Montreal, Canada. Yoga has since become her journey that would impact every facet of her life, inspiring her to learn presence, patience, compassion, self-love and much more.
Anouk started her yoga path in 2008. While working in a highly stressful environment as a fashion buyer, she turned to yoga to find peace of mind. After trying several styles of yoga she was first introduced to Astanga yoga in 2010, while on a yoga retreat in Italy. It was love at first sight.
Antar Khirad ('Inner Wisdom') got his Sanyas in 1996 at the community of 'Osho', enlightened Master in Pune. Born in the northern part of India in a Shatriya family, he was raised with 'Sanatan Dharma' (Eternal Religion). Through the journey of life he has been with different mystics and masters, and lived in several communes and ashrams.

Anusara yoga is a vigorous Hatha yoga system developed by John Friend, combining a positive life approach, biomechanical principles and a close community.

Ellen Paalman is a Astanga en Vinyasa yoga teacher and dedicated yogi with a deep interest in yoga postures and their mechanics. Physical practice has always been a part of Ergün's life. For years he played soccer and spent many hours at the gym. In 1996 sparked by personal interest and curiosity Eric Weber set off to discover the world of Iyengar yoga. Froukje started practicing yoga while working in fashion fulltime. When yoga started connecting her more to her heart she realized she needed to change her path. Jen Orlando moved to Den Haag in 2017 from New York, where she spent the last 9 years learning yoga and using it as a tool for thriving in a fast-paced world. What started off as a physical practice evolved into a practice of self-transformation and self-regulation.

Yoga has been in Patricia’s life for a long time. She was 9 years old when for the first time she saw someone practicing yoga. That person was her grandmother who, after living 6 months in an Ashram in India, came back and started practicing yoga every morning.

Saske started practicing yoga during her (surf)travels in 2008. After practicing yoga around the world for a year, Saske wanted more deepening and in 2010 she went to Kathmandu, Nepal for her first TTC. She was very much inspired by her teacher Chintamani Gautam, but had not found her own practice yet.
After studying Econometrics and working for several start up companies, Shari became aware that the way she lived was too stressful for her and found herself burned out for about a year.
