The studio on De Clercqstraat is situated in Amsterdam West, close to the city centre. There are two studios, a big one and a smaller one. There is also a nice and cosy room where you can enjoy a relaxing massage. Furthermore, you can also enjoy a nourishing breakfast after class.

We offer 200 classes a week by world classes teachers in various styles; from Meditation, Yin and Hatha to Vinaysa and Astanga Mysore, in different levels. Our goal is to makes authentic yoga, meditation and healing accessible to everyone. 

Yoga can be a nice practice to take more time for yourself, to reduce stress, work on a healthy body and to find peace within. We believe that when you rediscover your true nature, you experience the sheer joy of being alive. This is the delight of being conscious. This is the Delight of Being.

Are you new to yoga? Don’t worry. We’ve special beginners classes on the schedule, a nice newbie offer (10 classes for €50) and an introduction to yoga program for if you like a fundamental start. 

If you don’t know where to start or what classes might fit your needs, you can book an one-on-one guidance session after which you will walk away with your personal program.
