Its main point is to understand and live your very own life in accordance with what is right for you as an individual, so that you may experience a happy, healthy life and reach your highest state of mental and physical wellbeing.

About the Training

Life means daily life. The choices you make every day as to the food you eat, the thoughts you think and the activities you perform, are all daily drops into the bucket of health or onto the scales of unbalance. By living in accordance with your own nature you can prevent illness or heal poor health and disease resulting from an unbalance.

In this workshop, you will be introduced in a light-hearted, yet in-depth manner to the principles of Ayurveda. You will find out about your own constitution, recognize any imbalances and understand what causes them. By looking at them through the lens of Ayurveda you will also gain an understanding of why your children, family or loved-ones are as they are.

The workshop will transform your curiosity about this beautiful system, which is at once logical, spiritual and scientific, into some big "aha!" moments. You can fully realise what is right for your particular body and spirit, thereby deepening your personal Yoga practice, bringing better health and a happy mind.

About studio

This yoga studio is located on the South side of Amsterdam city centre and has a beautiful view of the Rijksmuseum. At this location, you can practice Vinyasa, Ashtanga Led, Hatha, Yin, Yin Yang, Yoga Nidra, Healing Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Prenatal Yoga and Circular Breathing. The studio has two large yoga shalas. Please note that this is the only Delight Yoga studio without showers.
