In the Ayurveda in Daily Life Workshop with Victoria Raven Hyndman, you will learn to recognise any imbalances within yourself and understand their causes.

Its main point is to understand and live your very own life in accordance with what is right for you as an individual, so that you may experience a happy, healthy life and reach your highest state of mental and physical well-being.
