Open days 11 and 12 February at Weteringschans 53!

Don't we all have this friend, family member, neighbour or colleague who says he/she will try yoga one day but never does?

In the weekend of 11 and 12 February Delight Yoga offers an open day weekend:

Free yoga all weekend - so no more excuses! If they're still hesitating, tell them there will also be free clearings and massages, that will do the job :) 

Yes, that's correct, the whole program will be free of charge, for everyone!
You can not book online, so please be there on time to register for the class, massage or clearing.

Good to know

​We provide mats and all other needed props in the studios. If you prefer using your own mat, that's fine too!

Wear comforatble clothing, and make sure you can keep yourself warm for the Yin classes and Meditations (sweater, socks).

PS. the first two classes of the regular schedule of both days will also take place: regular time, regular fee

*Pranayama are breathing exercises which clear the physical and emotional obstacles in our body to free the breath and so the flow of prana - life energy. 

*Satsang literally means ‘The company of Truth’. Satsang is a group gathering in which you enhance the quality of being human. It is an invitation to enter and explore the fields of Truth together, with an open heart and a naked mind. Allowing silence, clarity and spaciousness to rise within, and connect us all in the preciousness of the Now. 

*Kirtan is a form of devotional chanting of which its roots go back over 500 years to India. It is a form of Bhakti Yoga (yoga of devotion) and has the power to open the heart. The singing is accompanied by musical instruments and rhythmic drumming in which the audience is encouraged to participate by chanting, clapping and sometimes even dancing. But you can also
