How can we stay optimistic, motivated, and inspired in these challenging times? Our latest Delight Membership Program will give you the opportunity to find new energy and lightness as we enter Kapha season.

We've have created an 8-week experience full of Ayurvedic & Yogic wisdom to support our members in balancing your health and living a yogic lifestyle during Kapha season (late winter/early spring).

From the 21st of February on, members will receive an e-mail in their inbox every Sunday with a to-do list, a practice, articles, videos, journal prompts and other inspirational tools to balance your Kapha!

  2. Make sure to activate a membership before Friday the 19th of February.

The Program

Weekly Self Care Tips & Tools

Winter is all around us: you can see it in the misty skies, feel it in the chilly air, and sense a slower pace in the people around you. In Ayurvedic terms, this means that Kapha season is here.

Kapha dosha dominates late winter and early spring and causes heaviness in the world around us as well as our bodies and minds. Do you feel unmotivated? Lazy? Depressed? Are you sleeping more than usual? These are clear symptoms of a Kapha imbalance.

In this program, we will guide you along a path towards lightness and brightness. We will provide you with self-care tips and tools to balance your Kapha dosha, and you will learn how to integrate Ayurvedic and yogic wisdom into your daily life.

Weekly Yoga Practices & Wisdom Talks

At Delight, we offer authentic yoga to reconnect to inner peace. Yoga is a 5000-year old discipline from India. It was developed as a practice to unite the mind and body.

There are many styles of yoga and they all have different benefits. To name a few, yoga can make you stronger and more flexible, feel more energetic and more focused and reduce stress and releases tension.

In this program, our Ayurvedic expert Victoria Hyndman will create custom weekly practices and wisdom talks for this program to support you through Kapha season and lighten your body and mind.

Weekly Ayurvedic Recipes

For those who are unfamiliar, Ayurveda is a centuries-old system of nutrition and medicine that was developed alongside yoga as the best means to prevent illness and imbalance.

A famous Ayurveda saying is: “When diet is wrong, medicine is of no use; When diet is correct, medicine is of no need.” Ayurveda uses diet as a principal means of creating health within the body and mind.

You can use the foods you eat as medicine to feel light and energized this Kapha season. In this program, you will receive 1 recipe per week to balance your Kapha and help you remain healthy.
