Living Awake- Self Practice
The Living Awake program offers simple and profound daily yoga practices that anybody, regardless of age, body type, movement range or experience can do. It includes very accessible movement and a sitting meditation, to help us connect to our own bodies and the Earth we live on. For those who currently follow the online Living Awake Program, or have in the past, this space is offered for self-practice of the Sadhana as it is shared by our teachers Satya and Sahaj.
As of 7 September, every Wednesday we will meet at our Weteringschans studio at 7:30 and move at our own pace from there.
The Living Awake Self-Practice is for everyone who wants to practice the Living Awake Program daily practice. If you are new to the Living Awake Program but feel a deep longing to connect with life and be fully awake, you are also welcome to join in. However, it is recommended to familiarize yourself with the practice video on our website before you come, click here. A teacher will be present to offer guidance where needed.
