Yoga has so many more qualities than just the physical practice on the mat (asana). You may have experienced some magic during a class, leaving energized and relaxed and with a feeling of more spaciousness. But in fact, this magical feeling can stay with you when you take the practice with you off the mat. The key is to apply yoga to our daily lives and to experience the present Now in all little things we do. This might seem difficult in the beginning, but no worries, take it slow - step by step - this can be everyone's reality.
To inspire you to take yoga off the mat and support you in this yoga journey, we offer Special Classes. All special classes can be booked through the regular schedule which means they can be done with your current membership or card, or by a Delight Guest (single class payment).

Heal yourself by knowing yourself

When we look back to the history of Humanity, epidemics and fatal infectious diseases were the main threats to life in the beginning of 20th century. But today Human life is again under the threat of a new generation of diseases called lifestyle disorders in the 21st century. Various forms of cancers, obesity, stroke, autoimmune diseases, diabetes, liver diseases, heart diseases, degenerative diseases… The list is ever growing.
Scriptures of Ayurveda have an abundant documentation of causative factors, pathology, symptomatology and treatment of these lifestyle diseases. And when we look deeper into these lifestyle disorders, it all points at one common cause: ignorance. Lack of self understanding, improper relationship with food, ignorant ways of handling profession, incorrect ways of finding joy are the major causative factors observed.
Come and join Dr. Vijith for this special class, where he will share his experiences of helping hundreds of Western patients from these lifestyle diseases through bringing them in contact with themselves. He will speak about Antakarana (internal faculties), Manas (mind), Buddhi (intelligence), Ahamkara (ego) and Chitta (mind stuff) to explain intricacies of human behaviors in this context.

Women's time has come now (It is women's time NOW!) to heal and reconnect with our true wisdom, we need to awake and take responsibility for our deep disappointments, hurts, pains and denials and allow the healing to take place. This inner healing is the healing of Humanity, we as women need to take the leap NOW, for the benefit of our self, our loved ones, our children and finally heal all of our relations, (and) to give back to humanity what has been lost.

Staying a longer period in a pose will give you time to turn inside, to relax the muscles and reach the deep layers of the physical body. Sacred Motherhood Circle

A safe and sacred space for you to fully be who you are, a mother, a woman, a lover, a friend, you. This is a gathering for all mothers who are longing to share, be heard, listen and get inspired with and by other mothers. For all mothers, in a hectic daily life with that well known pile of laundry stacked up and maybe that never ending to-do list, who are seeking guidance back to themselves. For all mothers who want to find balance in it all, while mindfully mothering her kid(s). For all mothers, who sometimes still mourn because they’ve lost a part of themselves or finding the transformation into motherhood challenging at times.. For all mothers who, in their own way, feel challenged, not seen or heard and are simply looking for the space to Be. For all mothers.
On these beautiful evenings we will create a safe and sacred space for you to fully be who you are. We will share, talk, listen, breathe and Be. And by doing that, we will hopefully find gentle opportunities to heal ourselves and come home within ourselves again. We’re looking forward to share the raw and sometimes messy beauty of sacred motherhood together with you.

We will use different movements derived from various teachings, such as Hatha Yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong, Tibetan Buddhist Practices.
We will connect to our pelvis and spine, and learn how to move from here. Loosening the hip joints.
Use your voice to free tension in your mouth and mind, and learn how to work with blocked energy and how to free it up; purifying the nadi’s. Turn your senses inwards to experience your energy body and allow space within your mind. When your body is open, Prana (life-force) can flow and our lives become more effortless, free and happy.
Expect the unexpected from stillness to moving fully.

Tibetan Yoga: Lu Jong

Combining position, flowing movements & breath we create a massage that opens the body in a special way. We work with our subtle body, opening our channels, so energy and essence flow smoothly. We balance the 5 element energies, take good care of our spine and joints, vital organs, digestion and feel our inner power. Lu Jong brings us here and now. Energizes. Boosts our health. Our mind becomes calm and clear so we recognize the natural joy of being.
Suitable for all, both beginners and advanced practitioners.
