8-Week program to Balance your Vata

We are happy to introduce the first Delight Yoga Lifestyle Program: Balance Your Vata. It is important to take care of ourselves, especially in these challenging times.
We created an 8-week program full of Ayurveda & Yoga tips to balance your health and live a yogic lifestyle during this Vata season (autumn/early winter).
From the 1st of November, participants will receive an e-mail in their inbox every Sunday with a to-do list, a practice, articles, videos, journal prompts and other inspirational tools to balance your Vata!

Weekly Self Care Tips & Tools
Autumn is upon us: the air is getting colder, the wind is starting to blow more, the plants are getting drier. In Ayurvedic terms, this means that Vata dosha is here.
Vata dosha in late fall and early winter is not only visible in nature, but also affects our body and mind. Do you feel restless? Ungrounded? Anxious? Too many thought? Worried? Dry skin? These are clear symptoms of Vata Imbalance.
In this program, we encourage you to balance yourself during the Vata Season. We will provide you with self care tips and tools to balance your Vata. Learn how to create a daily routine to stay happy and healthy.
Weekly Yoga Practices
At Delight, we offer authentic yoga to reconnect to inner peace. Yoga is a 5000-year old discipline from India. It was developed as a practice to unite the mind and body.
There are many styles of yoga and they all have different benefits. To name a few, yoga can make you stronger and more flexible, feel more energetic and more focused and reduce stress and releases tension.
In the program, we give you a yoga practice per week that will help you to balance your Vata.
Weekly Ayurvedic Recipes
For those who are unfamiliar, Ayurveda is a centuries-old system of nutrition and medicine that was developed alongside yoga as the best means to prevent illness and imbalance.
A famous Ayurveda saying is: “When diet is wrong, medicine is of no use; When diet is correct, medicine is of no need.” Ayurveda uses diet as a principal means of creating health within the body and mind.
Your diet is a powerful way to soothe Vata this fall. In this program, you will receive 1 recipe per week to balance your Vata and help you remain healthy.
