Expand yourself with Chantal Soeters
Starting on 24 July 2020
This weekend is designed to help you expand your horizons, break through your limitations, and connect to the essence of who you truly are. Discover how yoga, breath, meditation and living life mindfully can help you lead a more joyful, balanced and fulfilling life.
During the weekend you will work on your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual state in different ways, creating space for reflection, for clarity, insight and growth. There will be sessions in the morning and afternoon, ranging from dynamic yoga classes to slow flows, meditation, breathwork, visualisation and journaling. In addition to these sessions, there is plenty of time to enjoy your surroundings, alone or with others. You can take a stroll on the beach, take a walk in the forest, swim in the sea, take a nap, or read a book in the beautiful garden.
Into Your Element with Liisa Russmann

There’s nothing more empowering than to feel in ‘your own element’. To feel vitality, a sense of aliveness and to develop our mind to become an ally rather than a frequent battle zone. This weekend is all about rediscovering what it feels like when we loosen up tightness, in bodies and the mind, and open ourselves to experiencing lightness rather than being stuck in a tension mode.
The natural elements – Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Space exist all around us in nature and also within us since we are part of nature too. By balancing and realigning each of these elements with their corresponding qualities in our being, a more limitless expression of the self can awaken. During the 2-hour yoga sessions led by Liisa, we will be practising Vinyasa, Yin & Yang and Yin styles of yoga. Each class will include various meditation/mantra practices, breath techniques and body intelligent movement designed to evoke a certain natural element in you.

Join Victoria for this unique and intimate Yoga, Meditation and Ayurveda retreat for women, set at De Hoorneboeg, an outdoor place for inspiration on the edge of the Hilversumse Hei. In a light-spirited manner yet sticking to the authentic teachings of yoga, Victoria uses the wisdom of Ayurveda in her Yoga classes for students to experience spiritual access through physical practice.
We will learn through Yoga practice, Pranayama (healing breathing techniques), Mantras (sacred sounds of healing frequencies), meditations, visualizations, herbs, food and lifestyles ways to bring our born divine consciousness into daily life.

The Heart retreat will offer you the opportunity to deepen into the yoga that is most suited to your individual needs, and will give you the foundational ground, connection and steadiness to become a living yogi or yogini.
Your Inner Sanctuary with Hedi de Vree

This retreat has been designed to guide you deeper into yourself and allow you to connect with your inner sanctuary where you can fully be yourself. You will enjoy gentle but juicy flow classes and calming yin classes - all sequenced to help you release tension throughout the entire body from both stillness and from movement. A perfect balance of yin and yang. In addition, there will be time for meditation and for breathing in order to release and find space in the subtler energetic and emotional bodies, and invite the mind into stillness.
With this purpose, we will enjoy silence after the evening meditations until the morning yoga class so that your retreat may become an opportunity for introspection and a time to recharge not just the body, but also your mind and spirit. And with the beautiful seaside, dunes and lovely walks just a step away from our villa, you are sure to go home feeling rejuvenated and energised. All levels welcome.
