Studio News: October 2019
by Delight Yoga
October is the start of fall time. We, as well as nature, slowly turn inwards. The days will be shorter, the nights will be longer. The shifting of the season means that we as humans will shift too, energetically, mentally or physically. You may find yourself feeling different, more tired or it may cause some turbulence in the mind. Get ready for fall times by learning through the science of Yoga & Ayurveda: Get ready for Autumn with Patricia Veltri on 18 October.
During fall we want to keep grounding ourselves, as our bodies shift into a slower pace of life. For example, we can Keep Living From The Heart and Mind with Annette Knopp on 2 & 3 October, as through that, we can stay open and welcoming to everything that may come up. This month, we have more new special classes for you to stay connected to your body & mind. See all special classes in our overview.
