Outdoor Yoga Manual

As of April 9th, we will provide outdoor classes for a maximum of 16 students - divided into 4 groups of 4 people and maintaining the 1.5m distance - at our beautiful outdoor locations in Amsterdam and The Hague. You can find the classes on our schedule as of the 2nd of April.

Practicalities

  • Bring a large towel, plastic sheet, or blanket to put underneath your mat for protection.
  • Bring a blanket to keep warm during Savasana.
  • Dress warmly (jumper, socks).
  • Bring a thermos for drinking tea after your practice.

Cancellations

If we need to cancel the class, we will let you know in time. We will cancel if:

  • The temperature is below +/- 14°C.
  • There’s heavy wind.
  • It’s raining.
  • The ground is still too wet from the day before.
