"The training which I received from Satya and Sahaj has been a profound introduction to the more subtle layers of our human experience. The training has brought me a lot of inspiration and insights of what a knowledgeable teacher embodies. They both honor with deep and humble respect their lineage, which I experienced in how they share their teachings. This embodiment is to me an inspiration and reminder that still serves me in teaching. I feel blessed to have been opened to these ancient teachings by them. If you feel ready to deepen the research about yourself and dive into ancient teachings that can help you in your quest, than I highly recommend this training with experienced senior teachers that embodies their practices." Maximiliaan Cohen about the Teacher Training

"It was a life changing experience, my heart is deeply grateful for the teachings, teachers, place and people, so clear and generous, my heart and mind met and bound there." - Natacha Pincemaille-Neveu about the retreat

"The Basic Teacher training with Satya and Sahaj was truly a life changing experience for me. The training is so much more than practical tools on how to teach yoga to students. It's a way to know your self deeply and finding out how to teach from the heart. With their vast knowledge of ancient yoga teachings, together with a lot of playfulness and humour, they carefully guide students to a deeper understanding. Their teachings truly transmit what yoga is, and I feel very grateful for them both. I encourage anyone with an urge to know more about yoga, and how to find your own voice as a teacher, to join this training." Thérèse Deutgen about the Teacher Training

"I am in awe by the teachings and the full set-up of the programmes. The full immersion was beyond words and is an incredible support on my path. I'm deeply grateful." - Julia about the retreat
