Special Classes

Yoga has so many more qualities than just the physical practice on the mat (asana). You may have experienced some magic during a class, leaving energized and relaxed and with a feeling of more spaciousness. But in fact, this magical feeling can stay with you when you take the practice with you off the mat. The key is to apply yoga to our daily lives and to experience the present Now in all little things we do. This might seem difficult in the beginning, but no worries, take it slow - step by step - this can be everyone's reality.

To inspire you to take yoga off the mat and support you in this yoga journey, we offer Special Classes. All special classes can be booked through the regular schedule which means they can be done with your current membership or card, or by a Delight Guest (single class payment).

Kirtan

Join us for a special night of Kirtan chanting and music with Govinda Kai. His Sanskrit chanting with lots of enthusiasm promises an evening of heart felt good vibrations and fun. Everybody is welcome! (Regular class fees apply)

Women's circle

Women's time has come now (It is women's time NOW!) to heal and reconnect with our true wisdom, we need to awake and take responsibility for our deep disappointments, hurts, pains and denials and allow the healing to take place. This inner healing is the healing of Humanity, we as women need to take the leap NOW, for the benefit of our self, our loved ones, our children and finally heal all of our relations, (and) to give back to humanity what has been lost.

Tibetan Yoga: Lu Jong

Lu Jong Tibetan Yoga is a practice for health and happiness: effective, playful, gentle and powerful at the same time. Lu Jong is rooted in the diamond teachings of Tibet and in Tibetan Medicine and contains amazing wisdom of how body, mind and natural cycles work together. 

Combining position, flowing movements & breath we create a massage that opens the body in a special way. We work with our subtle body, opening our channels, so energy and essence flow smoothly. We balance the 5 element energies, take good care of our spine and joints, vital organs, digestion and feel our inner power. Lu Jong brings us here and now. Energizes. Boosts our health. Our mind becomes calm and clear so we recognize the natural joy of being.

Suitable for all, both beginners and advanced practitioners.

Mantra & Meditation

Join Marije Paternotte in this rejuvenating and revitalizing special Yin Yoga Class!
Yin Yoga is a practice that emphasizes pulling and compressing of the connective tissue and the joints in the body – rather than stretching the muscles. This practice also stimulates the flow of Chi (Life Force) through the meridians and their respective organs. This is done by passively holding seated or supine postures for 3-5 minutes. Practicing in this way creates space and ease in the body, flexibility and suppleness in the joints, and will enhance your vitality and overall health. Since there is a strong meditative component to this practice, it has a calming effect on your mind and is a doorway into Mindfulness Meditation.

Vinyasa & Kundalini

Osho Meditation

Feeding your demons

This Meditation practice will allow us to transform what we are struggling within the moment. You will have the opportunity to connect and Be honest about what is present. What do you really feel and what are you not allowing yet? To let it manifest and transform the “obstacle/fear/sadness/demon” into an Ally. Connect on a deeper level with who you are and from there with the world around you.
