February is here, a new month filled with new opportunities to grow and transform. This month is a beautiful time to celebrate love - both the romantic love we have in our lives as well as the relationships we have with ourselves. Each day is a new chance to do something for our own well-being; whether that’s attending a yoga class, meditating in the morning, or getting an Ayurvedic massage. This February, try to cultivate those loving spaces in your everyday life.

Theme of the Month: The Four Noble Truths - There is a Cause of Suffering (2 of 12)

Delight Yoga Nieuwe Achtergracht reopens its doors

We are delighted to announce the reopening of our beautiful studio Delight Yoga Nieuwe Achtergracht! After months of renovations, we will be reopening our doors with a special celebration on Sunday 16 February. Delight Yoga Weesperstraat will close its doors on Friday 14 February, and the regular schedule will be taking place at Delight Yoga Nieuwe Achtergracht as of Monday 17 February.

Practical updates

Weesperstraat / Nieuwe Achtergracht

We are delighted to announce the reopening of our beautiful studio Delight Yoga Nieuwe Achtergracht! After months of renovations, we will be reopening our doors with a special celebration on Sunday, February 16th.

Delight Yoga Weesperstraat will close its doors on Friday, February 14th after the 6:30 - 8:30 Mysore Program. The regular schedule will be taking place at Delight Yoga Nieuwe Achtergracht as of Monday, February 17th.

As of February 6th, the Thursday 20:00 Hatha will be guided by Nanneke Landman.

As of February 7th, the Friday 14:00 Hatha will be changed into a Yoga & Pranayama class, also guided by Nanneke Landman.

As of February 10th, the Monday 16:00 Vinyasa will be guided by Skadi van Paasschen.

As of February 17th, we are introducing our extended three-hour Mysore Program, where beginners are now welcome to join the class during the last hour.

Note that there are no classes on Friday, February 14th (except for Mysore 6:30-8:30) and Saturday, February 15th.

Weteringschans

As of February 1st, the Saturday 10:00 Vinyasa will be guided by Marije Roede.

Prinseneiland

As of February 2nd, the Sunday Yin Yoga & Self inquiry with Sido Wijga will be replaced by Yin from 18:15 - 20:00

Den Haag

As of February, the Friday 16:30 Yin Yang will be guided by Philine Nugteren.
