We begin this month with a new theme of the month: Being Home. For connection with the Delight Community, you can join our monthly Satsang special class with Satya and Sahaj on 14 February, and Ayurveda special class with Tory on 4 February. You can also join our newest Delight Membership program: “Balance Your Kapha” starting on 21 February.
We are not sure when we will be able to greet you in person at our studios again. But we do know that together we can keep our vibrations high. We can do this together. We ARE doing this together.

Practical Updates
DEN HAAG
As of February 29, Judith van der Klink will be teaching a 1-hour Natural Movement Flow class every last Friday of the month at 20:15.
WETERINGSCHANS
As of the 21st of January, Rolandjan will no longer be teaching the Awareness Meditation on Thursdays from 19:00 - 20:30. You can still find him teaching Silent Sit (online) and Yin (WS) with us.
DE CLERCQSTRAAT
- As of the 8th of February, Lindsay Stellaard will be teaching her Astanga class on Mondays at 20:00 again. We thank Eva Ugolini for taking over during her maternity leave.
- Our beloved teacher Maximiliaan Cohen will be leaving us. The following teachers will be taking over his classes:
Monday | 12.00 - 13.15
Monday | 14.15 - 15.45 (starting 15 minutes later than before) | Restorative | Will be taken over by Francesca Gobeille.
