We completely understand that it can happen from time to time that you forget to cancel your class if you can’t make it. Life just simply gets in the way sometimes. At Delight Yoga we don’t want to hand out penalties for this. Instead, we want to be a community that is based on trust and good intent. Recently, however, we have noticed an increase in the percentage of late cancellations and no shows. Therefore, we would ask you to be mindful and cancel your class in time when you can’t make it. In this way you make your spot available for someone else. You can cancel up to 2 hours before the start of class. Many thanks for your cooperation!
From January we will change the name of our Vinyasa classes. The beginner classes will be removed and we will instead separate them between Gentle Vinyasa and Vinyasa Yoga classes. Please find more information about them below to find what works the best for you.
Gentle Vinyasa In this Gentle Vinyasa class you'll practice a variety of postures (asanas) to strengthen and open the body and the mind. Vinyasa means 'connection of movement and breath'. The teacher will guide you through a creative sequence of asanas, in which the poses are linked together. During this practice, you will smoothly transition from pose to pose, while building physical strength, endurance, and flexibility. This gentle Vinyasa class will be slower paced than a regular Vinyasa class, and therefore, also very suitable for beginners.
Vinyasa Yoga Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and fun flow class, with a variety of postures (asanas) to strengthen and open the body and the mind. Vinyasa means 'connection of movement and breath'. Through the use of creative sequences of asanas, the teacher will prepare you for more advanced postures like arm balances, hip openers and backbends. The vinyasa yoga poses are linked together. During this practice, you will smoothly transition from pose to pose, while building physical strength, endurance, and flexibility.
