Manda's relationship with movement begin at the age of three... She used ballet and modern dance as a way to experiment and express herself as she traveled through her youth. Ballet gave her a deep understanding of the body but it wasn't until her very first yoga class that she was touched by the body's connection to the mind and soul.

New to Delight Yoga?

How can I book a class?

Bookings are open 14 days in advance for all classes and can be made through our regular schedule. When a class is fully booked, you can put yourself on the waiting list. Whenever a spot opens up, everybody on the waiting list will receive an e-mail. We have a first-come, first-serve policy.

Need to cancel? Can’t make it to the studio? It is very important to us and our teachers that you always cancel your booking, and please try to do so up to 2 hours before the class starts.

Just log into 'My Delight' and click cancel in your ‘booked classes’.

We have noticed an increase in late cancellations and no-shows lately, so we want to explicitly ask you to keep this in mind out of respect for our teachers who lovingly prepare your classes and the fellow students who would love to take your spot.

How does the waiting list work?

We have a waiting list option so you don't miss out on your favourite class. When a class is fully booked, you can put yourself on the waiting list. Whenever a spot opens up, everybody on the waiting list will receive an e-mail. We have a first-come, first-serve policy.

What do I need to bring with me?

Yoga clothing Please wear clothing you feel comfortable moving around in.

A (thermos) drinking bottle We also ask students to bring their own (thermos) drinking bottle, as we can't provide glasses at the moment. We provide tea and water for you to fill up your drinking bottle in all our studios.

We provide mats & props You will be able to use our mats, bolsters, meditation pillows, blocks, belts, eye pillows, and one blanket per person without the use of covers. Of course, you are welcome to bring your own props if that is more comfortable for you

What if I do not want physical adjustments?

We encourage hands-on adjustments based on mutual consent between teacher and student. If you do not feel comfortable with adjustments, please communicate this to your teacher.

COVID-19

Are your studios back open?

Yes, all of our studios in Amsterdam and Den Haag are back open for both classes and workshops! We will also continue to offer online classes. You can book your class 14 days in advance through our schedule.

What are your safety guidelines for students?

What is your Corona Toegangsbewijs policy?

As of Friday, February 25th, scanning QR codes in our studios will no longer be necessary. Until then, we will need to check Corona passes (CTB) as you check in at our front desk, so please have your app ready when you come in so we can make this process flow smoothly.

Please note: checking QR codes is not necessary for workshops because they qualify as educational programs.

Delight Online

What is Delight Online?

Delight Online is an online yoga platform with daily Livestreams, and an extensive on-demand library and online journeys with yoga, meditation and mindfulness classes guided by expert teachers. The classes are accessible for you anytime and anywhere so that you can continue your conscious growth and find your inner peace. Choose your favourite yoga style and enjoy new lessons every week.

How do online classes work?

We created Delight Online so our community can continue to practice with us at home and from abroad.

You can book a livestream class through the regular schedule. Before the class starts you will receive a link to join the class. Please note that Online yoga classes on Zoom cannot be viewed after they have been live-streamed due to privacy reasons.

About our pricing and memberships

What pricing option is best for me?

-If you are completely new to yoga, try one of our New to Yoga offers.

  • If you are new to Delight Yoga, try one of our introductory offers like the Introduction Card, or the Trial Delight Membership.
  • If you are practising once a week, you are best off with a Delight Card 5 classes or Delight Card 10 classes.
  • If you are practising more than once a week, the best option is a Monthly Delight Membership so you can enjoy unlimited yoga and membership benefits.
  • If you are practising Mysore your best option is the Monthly Mysore Membership as this will give you access to our Mysore Program.

How can I cancel my membership?

Kindly send your request for cancellation to Community Care at info@delightyoga.nl Request can be processed when received no later than 1 day before the renewal of your membership.

How do I change/upgrade/downgrade my membership type?

Would you like to make a change to your membership? Please send Community Care a request to cancel your previous membership via email.

Do you sell gift cards?

Oh yes we do! You can pick one up in our studio’s :-) Just stop by and we’ll help you with this. You can choose the amount yourself and we will hand you a nicely designed gift card in an envelope, ready to be handed to your loved one.

Unfortunately, gift cards can not be bought online.

Can I give a credit of my Delight Card/Introduction Card to somebody else?

All our products are personal, so it is not possible to transfer credits to somebody else. Your friend can create an account on our website and buy a Delight Guest, Delight Card, Delight Membership or one of our introductory offers. See all our pricing options here.

Can I book classes or workshops for multiple people?

Yes, you can book for more persons than one, but you will need to create a separate account for them. All bookings are personal, so we need an account per student that comes to class or a workshop. Just book with you own account first, and then log out of the website to create a new account and do the second booking.
