The Sanskrit word “marma” means secret point. When these points on the body are activated, it awakens the prana of the corresponding organs or systems, thereby revealing and releasing deep-seated emotions that have gotten locked into our tissues.

In this workshop, you will learn how to give an hour treatment to a friend/family member. So either come with a friend who wants to learn so you can exchange on each other or come by yourself being open to touching and being touched by a friend you haven’t met yet.

At this location, you can practice Vinyasa, Ashtanga Led, Hatha, Yin, Yin Yang, Yoga Nidra, Healing Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Prenatal Yoga and Circular Breathing. The studio has two large yoga shalas. Please note that this is the only Delight Yoga studio without showers.
