About the role

The IT Coordinator is responsible for processing a variety of IT-related tasks in a smooth, proactive, and timely manner. You will ensure that everything on the website is up to date, that links are properly set up in the system, and that contact with the various third parties we work with is running smoothly. You are the go-to person for teachers and staff for technical questions and support.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and registering bugs on the DY website
  • Point of contact for Zen Desk, BSport, Gravity, etc.
  • Works in the CMS on our own website to create or update new content.
  • The IT Coordinator is the primary owner of the different software systems, sets up the systems, and makes sure that the links are functional.
  • Responsible for supporting teachers and staff with technical questions
  • Responsible for creating and managing new accounts in the various systems for teachers and staff
  • Attending our bi-weekly staff meetings
  • Assisting with our Delight Online platform (uploading videos, editing, etc.)
  • Attending our monthly Delight Online meeting

About you

  • You are available 24 hours a week.
  • You have 2- 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You have a background and interest in IT and different systems.
  • You have an MBO degree.
  • You are proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • You are organised, precise, structured, and thorough. You can keep an overview of your tasks and know how to set priorities.
  • You are proactive, independent, and take initiative on your own.
  • You are flexible, stress-resistant, and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment.
  • You can communicate clearly and like to support your colleagues by answering tech-related questions.
  • You don't have a 9-5 mentality.
  • You are open-minded, interested in spiritual development, and familiar with yoga and/or the yogic lifestyle.
