Life Bliss: A 5-Day Chakra Healing Home Program


In our bodies, there are seven chakras, or energy centres, that are responsible for the proper functioning of the body, mind, and soul. When any one of them is low on energy, the system malfunctions and the associated part of the body gets diseased (so will the mind, so will the soul, heart, & emotions).

To keep each of them in an energized and healthy condition, a meditation technique for each chakra will be discussed and practised.

What you will learn:

This is a unique and powerful way to awaken and heal the subtle energy body, releasing past traumas and energy blockages to free up the mind, emotions, and physical body. The practices are very unique, dynamic and profound.

Satya and Sahaj will hold the sacred space for you to open up, connect to your spirit, heal old wounds, allow old patterns to be liberated, and to let the light of who you are shine, unconditionally, once again. The original techniques come from Swami Nithyananda's teachings and are applied in a way to help the modern person come back to the profound connection with their soul.

Online Format

In the online format, the teacher will guide you through the online application ‘Zoom’. Zoom is a live streaming platform with many interactive features - it provides a shared space for students, teachers, and assistants. Delight Yoga has been using Zoom to organise live-streamed classes, workshops, and training days and we have had very positive experiences with it.

Zoom allows you to participate in the training from home, but you can ask questions and connect with teachers and other students as if you were in the same physical location.


  • An open mind
  • Must be at least 16 years of age. People up to 85 years should have practised some of the meditation techniques.
  • Loose-fitting clothes (preferably light colours)
  • Little or no jewellery
  • Punctuality

Make sure you give yourself space during these 5 days in your life as much as you can, with no other big commitments, so you can allow time to rest and integrate during the program.
