As an interim manager and coach, Josta has helped many people and organisations through change and transition. She started practising yoga more than ten years ago and immediately felt a connection between her personal development and the yoga practice, and she now helps others with that same connection.
 

In the beginning years she practised traditional Sivananda yoga; after her Astanga Vinyasa teacher training in Goa in 2012 with Heather Elton and Emil Wendel she became a dedicated Astanga practitioner. Following her teacher training, she has done more in-depth Astanga studies at Delight Yoga with Claudia Pradella and Eva Ugolini. Via them, she was also introduced to Lino Miele whom she visits regularly for workshops and retreats to stay connected and happy in her practice. She feels he sets a great example, keeping things simple, with humour and love, giving confidence or a little push when necessary. 

She loves the moving meditation of the Astanga practice every morning to check-in with her body and mind, see what’s going on and start her day fresh. As a teacher, she helps you to keep breathing, moving, observing and growing, wherever you are in your practice.
