Nanneke teaches Yin, Hatha, Pranayama and Circular Breathing. Inspired by the teachings of Adyashanti and Eckhart Tolle, her classes focus on the reconnection with our true nature, where the emphasis often lies on a creative mix of breathing in motion, soft qigong movements, pranayama and meditation. And mostly to keep a sense of grounding and humor in the way we approach things that happen both on and off the mat. 

Growing up in many different countries, Nanneke always felt nomadic and in a way uncentered. Around 2008, a search for grounding led her to yogic philosophy and the start of a Raja Yoga Teacher Training in 2009. Somehow when studying and practising this wisdom, she felt as though she was getting a glimpse of the deeper essence of life, it all made so much sense. After a year she decided to make her practice a bit more physical and continued with a Hatha Yoga Teacher Training. During this training she was introduced to the Ayurvedic Principles, Massage and Prana. 

Nanneke moved to Chile and started her teaching practice in Santiago. When she returned to Amsterdam a year later she completed a Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Anat Geiger in 2015. Over the last 2 years, a growing interest and passion for the breath and Prana has led her to become a certified breath coach and she is now in the midst of a Pranayama Teacher Training.
