Her historical foundation leads back to scholarly training in classical and modern ballet. She worked as a performing artist and still teaches classical ballet and contemporary dance. She discovered and fell in love with B.K.S. Iyengar Yoga technique right after her dancing career.  Her appreciation for the Iyengar technique came from the therapeutic and great healing affects she felt after these classes. In search of a deeper understanding of the Yoga philosophy, she travelled to India, Dharamshala.

She completed a 200-hour teacher training program at the Mahi Yoga School in Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Yoga. Philosophy and Hatha Yoga Guru Akshay Koushal inspired her by his wisdom and disciplined approach to awakening our awareness of the subtle movements within our whole body. This led her to deepen her knowledge in the ancient and sacred path described in the yogic scripture and teach Yoga. She continues her studies at the Yoga Therapy Institute 800-hours to use Yoga as therapy in many ways.

Nathalie introduces the asana as an awake form of meditation where the movement of the breath creates space in mind and body. She experiences the Pranayama as the one key to be in the present moment. With the challenge to transform self-mastery creating awareness
in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, she asks her students to open up their hearts allowing the mind to stop running. She calls the practice of Yoga, Guru Yoga. Gu meaning darkness. Ru meaning the one who sheds light on darkness. She believes that within
us all a master and teacher is awaiting to heal oneself.
