Leer de mensen achter Delight Yoga kennen

Susanne Kiemel

Susanne is continuously exploring life, healing, intimacy and connection in her own practice. Connecting to the authentic wisdom of her body and staying present with both light and darkness, was her main focus since 2008.

In 2011 yoga touched her deeply when working as a theatre dancer & singer. Susanne remembers herself as a little girl, longing for deeper meaning in life. Yoga gave her a first vulnerable introduction to really work with awareness and transformation.

Her classes are infused by gentleness and her loving voice will take you on a journey. You’ll find support in optimising or restoring the connection to your body sensations. Join her classes to awaken your creative life-force by moving, breathing, sound & touch.

After her Bachelor of Dance in Tilburg (2007), she studied Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow with Johan Noorloos and Marcel van de Vis-Heil, Yin with Anat Geiger (2013). Teachers as Julie Martin and Bo Forbes influenced her style.

At the moment she’s deeply in love with the (women’s) work of Regena Thomashauer, Layla Martin and Red School (Menstrual Cycle Awareness).

She is mother to lively daughter Sarith and her brand Zacht & Sterk, yoga for parents & kids on a mission to inspire families to make space for play, (self-)love and relating from the heart & belly.

Susanne is welcome to receive you in a one-on-one yoga healing session, please ask her for more information.
