Outdoor Yoga Manual

As of April 9th, we will provide outdoor classes for a maximum of 16 students - divided into 4 groups of 4 people and maintaining the 1.5m distance - at our beautiful outdoor locations in Amsterdam and The Hague. You can find the classes on our schedule as of the 2nd of April.

- Bring a large towel, plastic sheet, or blanket to put underneath your mat for protection.
- Bring a blanket to keep warm during Savasana.
- Dress warmly (jumper, socks).
- Bring a thermos for drinking tea after your practice.
If we need to cancel the class, we will let you know in time. We will cancel if:
- The temperature is below +/- 14°C.
- There’s heavy wind.
- It’s raining.
- The ground is still too wet from the day before.

The Outdoor Class locations will be announced through our social media and website soon. We will make sure that there’s a clear meeting point at the location of your booked class. The teacher will meet you there 10 minutes before the start of the class and as a group -maintaining the 1.5m distance - you will walk to the designated yoga spot together.
