This intake serves as a roadmap for all our regular classes. You are guided, based on your goals and preferences, to suitable classes and teachers. You will receive an individual program, based on your location preference, level of experience, physical condition and state of mind. Let us help you getting the most out of your membership. It is also possible to have a re-take; guidance to follow up your initial program once you have experienced the classes, and are ready for a new step on your path.
Guidance into Presence
There can be periods in your life that you feel unsure or confused, perhaps exhausted, stressed or constantly caught up in worries. Maybe there is a feeling that something is missing or that you are not sure about who you really are, or how to find peace and contentment in the here and now.
In these times it can be helpful to share your experience and receive guidance. Coming to a deeper understanding of yourself and life so that a sense of clarity, peace and joy re-enters your life. To feel home again within yourself.
Rolandjan is offering one on one 'guidance into Presence' sessions. You will meet with him once or weekly for a duration of 4 to 8 weeks.
In each session there is room to share what seems to block you from feeling content, joyous and peaceful. With the help of meditation, self inquiry, and simple exercises Rolandjan will assist you in focussing the attention away from a limited, mostly anxious personal state of mind into our natural state of openness and peace.
For many years Rolandjan has walked the path of yoga, meditation and self inquiry. Intuitively he will share insights and guide you in a simple and clear way to your complete and peaceful 'I Am' state and give simple tools to apply whenever needed in day to day life.
No meditation or yoga experience required.
The sessions will take place in one of the beautiful Delight Yoga locations.

Foundation Yoga Program - Pre Teacher Training
