This intake serves as a roadmap for all our regular classes. You are guided, based on your goals and preferences, to suitable classes and teachers. You will receive an individual program, based on your location preference, level of experience, physical condition and state of mind. Let us help you getting the most out of your membership. It is also possible to have a re-take; guidance to follow up your initial program once you have experienced the classes, and are ready for a new step on your path.

These personal consultations are meant to guide you in your process of self-inquiry. In a 50-minute conversation, one of our specialists advises you according to your needs, abilities, preferences and the things you want to work on, or need help with. In these informal intakes we give you a tailored advice on which (private) yoga classes or teachers will fit your needs, and which trainings, treatments or healings will support you. This way, we create a personal plan to help you find your balance.
