Dance meditation

Dance meditation is a form of active meditation which offers the possibility to find new ways to witness yourself, the thoughts, emotions, sensations, of everything in you. Dance meditation is also a practice in (re)connecting to your body and to get more body awareness.  There is no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ movement, no ‘beautiful’ or ‘ugly’ movement, there is just movement. The movement allows to think less and experience more and surrender to the wisdom of the body. Every class has a different theme, with different exercises and musical variety. 

Let yourself be guided into meditation, dance and movement and discover your authentic movement. Learn to connect to your flow, your own rhythm, to your inner world, to yourself and your Self. Find more freedom in your body and your movement. Learn new ways of self-expression. Experience the joy, connection and relaxation that dance meditation can bring into your life. 

Dance Meditation is for everybody and for every body, with or without dance experience.
