Full Moon Practice and Meditation

During the Full Moon, our body channels are naturally more open allowing the breath and the more subtle energy that travels in our body to reach deeper places. Meaning, on this day, we are helped by nature and we have greater benefits that last longer than on a regular day.

 

The quality of all our experiences depends on how well the 5 elements - Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Ether - are balanced. When they are out of balance, we will notice it physically, energetically, and also mentally in the form of strong emotions.

 

Join Mariette from 7.30 - 8.30 - and from 9.00 - 10.00 during the Saturday sessions at our Scheveningseweg studio. This class can be booked through the regular schedule (one week in advance).

What you will learn:

In our Full Moon Practice, we will balance the 5 elements and then meditate.

 

We will use the wisdom of nature: effective flowing movements with awareness and the breath to open ourselves. It helps the absorption of nutrients and facilitates the release of waste energy, stiffness, and mindsets that are no longer serving us.

 

When the elements, our body, breath, heart, and mind work together harmoniously, then our mind will be satisfied and relaxed. We feel our natural way of being, meaning, we feel grounded, inspired, the warmth of being connected and that there is space for all our experiences. Energized and calm at the same time.

 

We will then settle into our full moon meditation. With a calm clear mind, we will see things more as they really are. Like this, we can recognize our full potential, we come home to inner guidance.
