Tibetan Healing Yoga & Bliss Meditation

Mariette will guide you in this Tibetan Healing yoga practice for health and happiness where you recognize, balance, and purify the 5 elements. The Tibetan name for this practice is Lu Jong and it is rooted in the diamond teachings of Tibet: Shamanism, Tantrayana & Tibetan Medicine. It contains amazing wisdom of how body, mind and natural cycles work together. It helps you to tune in to what is natural, to listen to the signals of body and mind and how to balance yourself in daily life.


Combining position, flowing movements & breath we create a massage that opens the body in a special way. Like this we allow energy to flow well so the vital purest substances in the body can reach all the places where needed. Same time you take excellent care of your spine and joints, vital organs, digestion and you feel freshly energized.


Lu Jong brings us here and now. It energizes us, it boosts our health. Our mind becomes calm and clear so we recognize the natural joy of being.

What you will learn:

With the inner alchemy of the 5 elements, we feel our grounded state of being, our life force nourishes our inner warmth. This is the temperature we need for our hormones to be produced and well spread. When this all functions well, we feel happiness and well-being in the body allowing our mind to also be in the flow, we feel satisfied. With a calm relaxed mind, we can feel bliss.


Mariette will guide you into healing yoga movements and a bliss meditation.
