In this class we will explore the meditative practice of Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation and meditation technique that is nourishing and restorative as well as healing and transformative. To get into the state of Yoga Nidra is to step into the realm of pure awareness, while the body is at rest in Savasana (corpse pose). The practice is very grounding and expanding at the same time.
Positive effects can be better sleep, reduced stress, increased energy and more awareness.
We will start the class with meditation and some Pranayama followed by gentle stretches (Yin poses) to prepare the body, before we enter into the deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra.
This class will be bookable through the regular schedule one week in advance.
