Alignment Yoga for Pregnancy and Birth

This comprehensive course offers you the chance to get in-form-ed on how to align body and mind in preparation for a positive birth experience, wherever you'd like to birth.

Kamini believes that an empowering birthing experience is a very important kick-off to a woman’s journey as a mother. It is an experience that one will remember for the rest of her days, and if empowered by it, she will realize her strength, from deep within. A strength we all have, a strength we all share. Kamini’s passion for teaching pregnant women how to align for labour and birth is rooted in believing that informing women about the alignment of body, mind, and spirit will bring them closer to being empowered by the birth of their babies and themselves as a mama.

• Adapt ‘daily life’ movements to your pregnant body
• Move safely through pregnancy, labour, and birth
• Various breathing techniques
• Neutral pelvic alignment
• Freeing up the birthing space
• Various birthing positions/moves
• Pushing techniques
