Ayurveda for Kids Health and Vitality Workshop

Becoming a parent is one of the biggest transformations we encounter on our path of this human journey. Discovering the deep Divine Mother Consciousness that lies within us and awakening that through the loving care of our children brings such healing power to ourselves, our children, our environment and our community.

What you will learn:
 

Life is daily living, today's choices create tomorrow's wellness.

 

Ayurveda gives great insight into who our child is, their physical and mental constitution, and which foods would support them most in their physical, mental, and spiritual development.

 

In this workshop, Victoria (Tory) will give us practical tips while also addressing the bigger picture of our life, giving us tools to support both ourselves in being a vibrant and grounded parent and raising a healthy vibrant child.

Over Victoria (Tory) Raven Hyndman

Op een luchtig manier, maar trouw aan de authentieke yoga leer, maakt Victoria in haar yogalessen gebruik van de wijsheid van Ayurveda, om haar studenten de mogelijkheid te bieden om door fysieke yogabeoefening toegang te krijgen tot spiritualiteit.
